How can I get boots to stop bleeding?

Chad asked:

I bought some of the system uploads on Ebay to replace what I had before. Presumed were clean and professional even before they were brought into the snow, but I have never had this problem with the exact same model that I had when he first gradetto raining or something. I just don 't want to walk everywhere leaving my mark so that someone else clean it up. Just want to know if there is some sort of sealant that could stop elements of the system by leaving stains everywhere.
