Soak them in 1/2 cup oxiclean dissolved in hot water in a bucket overnight or two days if they are very bad.
This method will remove all stains and bring clothes back to a new look!!!

i use toothpaste, then with hot water rinse it. and get a toothbrush and scrub with detergent =)

Try soaking them in Oxi-clean.
