How do i stop my socks from stretching?

I always stretch my socks after a week and the pair become loose when I put above. Hints and tips on how to stop the extension or decrease?

    You have no control over the materials the sock is made of, so you CAN”T.

    Socks and also if you buy really good socks and also if you buy really good socks dont put them in the dryer lay somewhere flat to dryit only takes couple of hours.
