When the police describe the killer in a crime how come they don’t say the race of the person?

The officers have much bearing combed the nearby area and helicopters flew yesterday in a furious search of lack of killings. It is described as being about 5 feet 9 inches tall pounds and 260, with braided hair, a knit protection and a coating of black life-long.

They usually do, if the person is non-white. By the way there is no such thing as ‘race’ as a biological concept. We are all very similar.
